Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Team Faithdoku (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Ohio, United States, handles information in connection with the Faithdoku mobile application and related services (“Service”).
1. Information that may be processed
Faithdoku may process limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the app. Depending on your device, settings, consent choices, and enabled services, this may include device identifiers, IP address, operating system, device model, language settings, app version, diagnostics, and app-usage information.
Gameplay information such as level progress, scores, rewards, settings, and streaks may be stored locally or otherwise processed when a feature requires it.
2. Advertising and Google AdMob
Faithdoku may display advertising through Google AdMob. Faithdoku is intended for a general audience age 13 and older and is not designed or directed specifically toward children under 13. Faithdoku does not ask users to provide their age in order to play and does not claim to determine a user’s age for advertising purposes.
Faithdoku may request non-personalized or otherwise restricted advertising based on the app’s advertising configuration, applicable law, consent choices, region, and device or platform settings. Google and its advertising partners may process limited information needed to provide, secure, and measure ads, such as IP address, device information, diagnostics, and ad interactions. 3. How information is used
- Operate and maintain Faithdoku.
- Support gameplay progress where available.
- Diagnose errors, crashes, security, and performance issues.
- Improve the app experience.
- Display and measure advertising where enabled.
- Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
- Comply with law and protect the Service and users.
4. Sharing
Information may be processed by providers that help operate the app, including advertising, analytics, diagnostics, hosting, and app-distribution providers actually used by Faithdoku. These providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Team Faithdoku does not sell personal information for money.
5. Children and age-related privacy
Faithdoku is intended for a general audience age 13 and older and is not designed or directed specifically toward children under 13.
Faithdoku does not require users to create an account or provide personal information in order to play. The app may display advertising through Google AdMob. Advertising and related data processing are subject to applicable privacy laws, user consent choices, device settings, and Google’s privacy requirements.
Faithdoku does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected in a manner requiring parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to address or delete that information as required by applicable law.

6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing. 7. Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, or as otherwise permitted by law. Third-party providers may apply their own retention periods.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. International processing
Faithdoku is operated from the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as Faithdoku changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
