Terms & Conditions

Faithdoku is operated by Team Faithdoku, based in Ohio, United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the Faithdoku mobile application and related services (“Services”).
1. Agreement
By using Faithdoku, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
2. Eligibility
Faithdoku may be enjoyed by players of different ages. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian should review these Terms and supervise your use where required. Particular features, advertising, or third-party services may have additional age or consent requirements.
3. App license and gameplay
We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to install and use Faithdoku on devices you own or control for personal, noncommercial use, subject to applicable app-store rules.
Scores, levels, streaks, and in-app rewards are gameplay features. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Progress may be affected by updates, device changes, reinstalls, errors, or interruptions and restoration is not guaranteed.
4. Intellectual property
Faithdoku’s original software, branding, interface designs, original puzzles, artwork, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Team Faithdoku. Bible translations, quotations, third-party materials, and open-source components remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licenses. We do not claim exclusive ownership of Scripture or public-domain material.
5. Scripture Content
English Scripture quotations displayed in Faithdoku are from the World English Bible (WEB), a public domain Bible translation.
Scripture displayed in other supported languages may be localized by Faithdoku from the English WEB text for accessibility and convenience. These localized versions are not official World English Bible editions and may differ in wording from other published Bible translations.
Bible references, including book, chapter, and verse, are provided to help users identify and reference the corresponding Scripture passage.
Faithdoku is an independently developed application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers or maintainers of the World English Bible.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not manipulate scores, rewards, streaks, or ads through fraud, bots, or cheats.
- Do not bypass security, gain unauthorized access, or intentionally disrupt the Services.
- Do not introduce malicious software or misuse support channels.
- Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Do not reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits it.
7. Advertising and third parties
Faithdoku may include advertising, including Google AdMob. Ad content and availability may vary. Fraudulent ad impressions or clicks are prohibited. Advertisements, external links, app stores, and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Privacy
Please read our Privacy Policy. Where law requires consent for particular processing or personalized advertising, that consent will be requested separately; agreeing to these Terms is not itself consent to personalized advertising.
9. Availability and updates
We may update, correct, change, suspend, or discontinue features or content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device, permanent storage of gameplay progress, or a particular update schedule.
10. Termination
You may stop using Faithdoku and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end access for material violations, unlawful use, fraud, or serious security risks, subject to applicable law.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faithdoku is provided “as is” and “as available.” Bible verses and inspirational material are provided for reflection and entertainment and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Team Faithdoku will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Services, including loss of data, profits, or gameplay progress. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability for claims arising from the Services or these Terms will not exceed $100 USD. This does not limit liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Team Faithdoku for reasonable losses and legal costs resulting from a third-party claim caused by your unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not cover losses caused by our wrongful conduct.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Before filing a dispute, email faithdoku0@gmail.com with the issue and requested resolution. Both sides should attempt in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days. If unresolved, either side may proceed before a court with jurisdiction in Ohio unless applicable law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
15. Changes
We may revise these Terms as Faithdoku evolves or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where required.
